The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large Living room with sliding glass doors, with adjoining Kitchen and Dining area. The Kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The villa is located in Southwest Cape Coral on a canal with southern exposure. Our pool has both solar and electric heating. Guests can rent a boat through the local manager.

30% deposit for hold reservation. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Full refundable security deposit of $ 500 required. Add cost will be 6% salestax and 5% touristtax, and $ 140 for end cleaning.
