This is a 1 bedroom, one bath condo unit located on beautiful Manasota Key. The Tiki is located across the street from the beach and sits on the Intracoastal waterway. This condo is off the beaten path, it is our hide-a-way and we're offering it to you as your winter home. The interior has been updated with a new kitchen. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The screened lanai has a small table to enjoy your morning coffee and a rattan couch to just lay back and relax. And if you have guests, the sofa folds out to a queen bed.

This is truly a seasonal rental condominium complex. There are only 32 units. Residents have cookouts and meet at the poolside for coffee and donuts. Come join the retired crowd at the Tiki! Seasonal rental is available from January through April. Our condo is also available on a monthly basis outside of the winter season at a reduced rate.
