...is a duplex with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit and a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit available for rent on the quiet beaches of Manasota Key, just south of Sarasota. With a minimum two night stay, our privately-owned and managed rentals are located only 60 feet away from a private beach. The ground-floor unit has over 1800 square feet under air conditioning with walk-in closets. There are no streets to cross to reach the beach which offers unsurpassed boating, fishing and swimming, shelling, turtle nest watching, sharks teeth hunting. Breathtaking sunsets are only steps from your front screened porch.

The 2BR/2BA unit Kitchen comfortably seats 6 people. We offer accommodations as small as an EFFICIENCY, comfortable for 2 people with limited cooking in a kitchenette. The 1 BEDROOM/1 BATH and 2/ BEDROOM / 2 BATH provide a spacious area and a full size kitchen, living room and screened porch. Bedrooms have a king and a double bed in each bedroom and a king-size sleeper in the living room. All 3 units have complete sets of dishes & linens provided, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, VCR, stereo & CD player, phone.

We are a small, quiet, beach community catering to retired and families looking for a quiet getaway. The nearby public boat ramp provides access to the waterway with fishing and boating on Lemon Bay or the Gulf of Mexico. Boat slip is available nearby with a nominal fee and there is a screened porch to enjoy the Gulf view and sunsets. There is ample covered parking as well. Nearby are Disney, Orlando and Tampa attractions from 1/2 to 3 hours away. Restaurants, shopping, golf courses and cinemas are only 1/4 mile away.
