Home-away-from-home awaits you in our 3rd floor Ft Myers Beach, beachfront condo. This spacious 1200 plus sq ft 2 bedroom unit is newly remodeled (2005) with many added touches throughout the unit. Our winter or vacation home is the perfect retreat for those of you who migrate to Florida in the winter, or for those who enjoy an extended vacation in our comfortable home environment. Our non-smoking, fully equipped unit will provide you with very comfortable accommodations on the southern (less congested) side of the 7 mile island.

Enjoy both ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as an inviting view of the extra large (up to 8 1/2 feet deep) heated swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen features new raised wood cabinets and silestone counter tops. We have supplied this unit with many extras including 400 count bed linens, colorful new beach towels, family games, as well as family oriented and childrens' movies.

30 day minimum extended vacation rental condo during peak season, 14 day minimum during low season (May 1st - October 31st). $250.00 refundable breakage / reservation deposit. $100.00 departure cleaning fee. Rental is subject to 11% Florida tax. Rates shown for up to 4 guests with each additional guest at a charge of $25 per week - maximum of 6 guest allowed in unit. The condo is a non smoking unit. We regret we are unable to rent to single guests 25 years of age or under without parent or legal guardian. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
