A 20% downpayment of the total rental is due within 10 days to secure your reservation. A refundable security deposit of $300 will be payable prior to occupancy. One time cleaning fee of $100. 11% Tax will be added to the weekly fee. There will be No Refunds issued for In-Season Rentals (January 1st through May 1st). However, a credit for future use will be applied. Out of Season refunds will be granted if notice of cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in the number of persons and early departures after arrival are non-refundable.
