This is a 5 star property on a prestigious gated golf community. One month rental minimum Florida Bed Tax 11% Security/ Damage Deposit $500 25% Deposit required at time of booking; balance due 14 days prior to check-in. Full Country Club and Golf Membership available for rentals of 30+ days, lease approval / membership transfer fee - $250 total. This means substantially lower green fees! Lessee must be 21 years of age or older. Cancellation notice must be 60 days prior to check-in for refund of deposit. Rental fee includes high speed wireless internet, utilities, local phone service, cable TV, association pool with jacuzzi and barbeque.
