Boca Grande is a quiet community that seeks to protect it's unique island atmosphere and quality of life. This beautiful unit is located in one of the best locations on the island! Enjoy Gulf views from the screened-in lanai and balcony off the master bedroom. Two restaurant options right are across the street - the restaurant at the Boca Bay Club and The South Beach Bar & Grill. The unit has been beautifully furnished and appointed - you will be in the comforts of a truly fabulous home!

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, second upstairs bedroom has two twins and downstairs bedroom has a double bed. There are 3 FULL bathrooms! There is plenty of room for the whole family! There is a Fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room with washer & dryer. The owners membership in the Boca Bay Club allows you the privilege of swimming at the club pool, dining at the club restaurant, use of the tennis courts and exercise room for the rate set by the Club (see Rates below). The area is truly an island paradise - Recreational boating and sailing are popular pastimes, whether on your own or by tour or charter. Dolphins, white pelicans, osprey, and manatees are only some of the unusual species you will encounter.

Seven miles of wide, pristine, sugar white sand beaches offer shelling, swimming, and just plain relaxing. Even in the heat of summer, cooling westerly breezes provide welcome relief. Galleries present the works of local artists who have captured the spirit of Boca Grande in a multitude of media. Boca Grande restaurants each have their own unique style, featuring dishes made from the freshest local seafood as well as international specialties.

Mid-Season (Jan., April, & May) 2006 - $7500/mo. or $1875/wk.

High-Season (Feb., Mar., and all holidays) 2006 - $10,000/mo. or $2500/wk.

Guest membership at Boca Bay Club...$250/week

Deposit of 25% secures your dates. Full rental due within 8 weeks of arrival. Refundable security deposit of $500/$1000 required. End of stay cleaning fee of $175 will be added to your rental fee. 11% tax on total rental plus cleaning fee will apply. Prefer minimum of weekly rental, but will entertain long weekend rentals (3 night minimum) on a case-by-case basis. All weeks containing holidays will be priced based on February and March rates.
