Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom single family villa in Pelican Marsh, voted by "Where to Retire" magazine as one of the top 100 best planned communities in the nation. Built in 2001, we have newly furnished the entire unit this past year (2005). Our villa is within 5 minutes of the world renowned Vanderbilt beach, with excellent dining, shopping and entertainment in our immediate area. 3 full baths provide plenty of privacy and little waiting time after pooling or beaching it.

2 of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with their own bath-- ideal perhaps for some of your family members. The loft (sleeps 2) shares a full bath with the other upstairs bedroom. After using our private pool or spa, it is fun to rack 'em up on our new slate billiards table. Keep friends back home informed as to who is the "pool king" with the upstairs direct computer. At the end of your visit you will be as carefree as Lucy and Ricky! Come to the Babaloo!!!
