The park offers beachside walking trails and easy access to the white sands beach. The combination reflects Florida nature at its unspoiled best. The unit faces the Gulf, with views of the park's greenery as well as the condo association pool, a social center for the residents of Vanderbilt Towers 1 & 2.

The Towers are part of a secure development, which includes security gate at the entry drive. Many of the building's residents are year-round. Inside, the unit offers a more open feeling than one might expect in a studio condo. The queen size Murphy bed folds into the wall to provide more living space; the unit also has a full living and dining area, well-stocked tiled kitchenette and a spacious closet, stocked with all necessary linens. Laundry facilities are just across the hall.

A $500 refundable security/damage deposit is requested. Full rental due two weeks before arrival; keys mailed upon receipt of payment. Rent includes cable TV, electricity and basic phone service; long distance calls are renter's responsibility. Guests subject to background/security check by condo association.
