Security Deposit: $500 (fully refundable after check out and if left as found). $125 cleaning fee at time of check out. (Optional weekly cleaning service is available; contact us.) All rates are plus the 4% Collier County local Tourist Tax and 6% State of Florida sales tax. These taxes are not colleced on rentals of more than 6 months under Florida law.
