Our single family home with gorgeous pool & lanai boasts 3 bedrooms 2 baths, a den and garage. The home was new in 2002, professionally decorated, and has close proximity to the gorgeous Gulf beaches and is within a mile of the well known Vanderbilt and Wiggins Pass Gulf Beach parks. In addition to the Gulf beaches, it is located close to fine and casual dining, as well as the wonderful shopping and golf that Naples offers.

1 week minimum stay, with owner approval

Special or longer stays negotiable.

Cleaning fee $150.00

Florida Tourist Tax 10%

All applicable FL Tourist taxes and cleaning fee, No Exit Fee, Deposit to be accepted upon reservation, Balance prior to possesion, Use of pool included but at your own risk. Additional deposit will be required for owner approved pet. Local telephone calls, cable T.V., wireless internet and utilities are included. Electric incl. up to $100 per month.
