Naples, Florida villa rental

This spacious 4 bedroom + den, 4 bath villa offers the perfect family home on the Gulf coast that will comfortably sleep up to 12 persons. Indeed the villa is geared for all ages with a separate indoor and outdoor stereo sound system, full sized pool table and fully equipped bar which looks out onto the very large lanai where there are two tables with chairs, overlooking the heated pool. Views from the patio are of the extensive gardens and lawns available for guests to use. Our photos show how well we have furnished our villa and all that guests need to bring with them are personal belongings. The villa is located in the Golden Gates area of Naples, with all of Naples and gulf coast attractions and amenities in close proximity.

Two main bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms and queen beds. In addition to the two twin bedrooms there are two sofa beds in the family and great room. The family room makes a 5th bedroom, being fully closed. Every bedroom has a TV, and three have DVDs primarily for children's benefit.

The villa is managed by our father in Naples to ensure guests have a carefree vacation.

Low season rates $1200 per week $4500 per month/ June and Sept

Mid season $1500 p.w. $5000 p.m./ May and October, plus other occ' weeks

High season $1700 p.w. $6400 p.m.

All rates quoted are all inclusive of pool heating, cleaning, management, taxes, utilities, etc.
