What sets Palm River above most other villas (apart from the 5 bedrooms) is it's superb location being very close to the beach, attractions and amenities but also enjoying fantastic uninterupted westerly views from an extremely quiet, secluded site. The famous Naples beach is just 5 minutes drive, shops and restaurants 1 minute, and I-75 little further. So for all the area has to offer you are in a convinient location. Couple this with the villa's plot being one third of an acre, through which flows a small clear creek ( and lots of fat fish).

From the lanai and exceptionally large heated pool are far reaching, unspiolt views to the south west so that the sun shines all day, whilst at dusk guests enjoy the very best of those spectacular gulf coast sunsets. The villa sleeps 10 persons with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two family rooms both with patio doors onto the lanai, kitchen and 2 dining areas. Of course there is a utility room leading to a double garage with electronic door. The villa is managed 24/7 by our father who lives close by, ensuring guests enjoy a carefree vacation. A cot, high chair and baby sitting service are available on request. Palm River is an older property by Naples standards, but is fully maintained and constantly upgraded. However it's age is reflected in the price and is more than compensated by it's wonderful location in Naples.
