This newly built (2004) 3 bedroom golf villa is perfectly named for it encompasses everything you would desire in a golf course villa close to the heart of Naples. Situated on the well known Lely Resort with 2 club houses, sports club, 3 golf courses, tennis and many more amenities the Augusta enjoys unspoilt far reaching southwesterly views from the lanai/pool across a golf course, capturing all day sunshine and great gulf coast sunsets, perfect at the cocktail hour.

The pool is larger than normal and is heated to 82F. Internal furnishings are superb as you can see from the photographs. The master bedroom and second bedroom have large queen beds, the third bedroom is a twin. There are two full bathrooms, utility, fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. The villa is stuffed with all those extras so that all you need are personal belongings and a cot and high chair are available on request. Our father lives in Naples and manages the property ensuring a carefree vacation. The villa is about 10 minutes drive from Old Naples and the beach. Shops, restaurants, etc. are close by and the villa is located in a quiet neighborhood with extra planting to increase privacy.
