This delightful and well presented villa offers excellent vacation accommodation, being thoroughly equipped, south facing heated pool with lake views, 4 good sized bedrooms and technically 3 bathrooms on a small secure gated community, with easy access to the whole area. The lovely Master bedroom has two bathrooms, a his and hers, with superb walk through large connecting shower and behind a walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. A fourth large bedroom/den has an additional queen sofa bed. Thus the villa provides everything you want from a vacation home and comfortably sleeps up to 8 persons or less at an affordable price.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and a utility room leads to the double garage. The great room is, like the rest of the home, very well appointed as the photos show. There are at least 3 TVs , DVDs, and sound system. The heated pool and patio area with gas BBQ are fully private with lovely views across a Fountainhead lake. It's only 100 yards walk to the community club house with fitness centre, pool table, communal pool, tennis and basketball court. This is a small established gated community of just under 200 homes, located just off Immokolee Rd which provides quick access to all that Naples and the surrounding area has to offer. The beach is just 10 minutes drive, shops and popular restaurants are within walking distance. There is an on-site manager 24/7 to ensure guests enjoy a carefree vacation and cots, high chairs or anything else can be supplied on request.
