There are weekly dinner specials with live entertainment and sunset cruises on the Intracoastal waterway. This bright, spacious and newly furnished condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and can sleep up to 8 with sofa bed. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable king size bed, including dresser and nightstands, a full bath with double sinks and large walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors in the master open out to the screened lanai. The 2nd guest bedroom offers 2 single beds with dresser and the 3rd guest bedroom a king-size pullout sitting bed. Both guest bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The living area provides a spacious place for relaxing and entertaining with a couch/fold-out sofa bed, love seat and chair as well as coffee tables, entertainment center and sliding glass doors opening onto the furnished lanai.

New to the rental market. Rentals are Monthly only. Rates negotiable based on number of guests in party and length of stay. 9% Florida tax will also be collected. There is a $50 Club Fee for gate pass and club pass. We will do everything to make your stay enjoyable and for you to come back again and again!!!
