$500.00 non-refundable reservation fee to reserve house and specific dates, due at confirmation. Balance of first month's rent due 15 days prior to arrival. Reservation fee becomes security deposit, refunded after departure. All utilities (except long distance phone calls) and boat dock included. $75.00 cleaning fee for stays less then one month.
