Enjoy this luxury 3 bedroom home located in a quiet area in the community of South Gulf Cove which is between Englewood and Port Charlotte. It is situated on a beautiful large canal. Experience the wonderful sunrise over the canal by the heated pool or on the dock. Moore your boat along the seawall or fish from the dock and watch the abundant wild life. The lanai/pool area is huge and is totally private. The way the pool area is situated, the pool gets the sunshine most of the day. The villa is large enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

There is a TV with a 50 inch TV screen in the family room which overlooks the kitchen and has a walk-out to the pool. In addition, there is a large living room, dining room with a walk-out to the pool. The Master bedroom has a lovely king size bed, a large ensuite bathroom and a walk-out to the pool area. The other two bedrooms and washroom are situated on the far side of the house to afford privacy for people traveling together. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a walkout to the pool also and the third bedroom has two single beds.

South Gulf Cove is a small community close to a number of lovely Gulf beaches and surrounded by waterways. It is approximately 20 minutes drive to Interstate 75. Englewood Beach with its boardwalk and numerous waterfront restaurants is just 15 minutes away. Beautiful Boca Grande, with its old town, magnificent scenery, boutiques and restaurants is a must and is also about 15 minutes drive. Venice, a quaint Spanish town 20 minutes away, has lovely stores, beaches and great restaurants. There are a number of golf courses close-by as well as boat rentals where you can explore the many waterways, the beautiful Charlotte Harbour and the Gulf of Mexico.
