This is a spacious 4 bedroom villa, just 15 minutes from the white sandy Gulf Coast beaches (such as Palm Island, Boca Grande and Englewood beach) and close to cape Haze, Englewood and Venice. The villa is fully furnished. The living area consists of a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, lounge area, television area (cable TV), 4 bedrooms (master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate shower enclosure) - three of the bedrooms have televisions) and there is 1 other fully fitted bathroom.

Outdoors has a full patio set with 2 loungers, heated pool and spa in a screened lanai overlooking the beautiful lake and garden. A gas barbecue is located on the patio area outside the lanai. The villa is situated in a quiet setting and is within easy reach of several golf courses (Long Marsh Golf Course just 5 minutes away).
