Located in the Heart of Islamorada, you will have easy access to Islamorada Founders Park which has a sandy beach, boat ramp, sports facilities, skate park, and more. Additionally, world-class fishing and diving, excellent restaurants/night life and plenty of "fun in the sun" activities are just minutes away. Rental Rates are subject to change without notice. Payment Options Deposits: $250 Security Deposit Other Fees: Final cleaning charge included in rental rate. Cancellation Policy: No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival. $125 cancellation fee between 30 & 90 days prior to arrival. Full refund if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival. Holiday periods and weekends are slightly higher.
