$700 per week

Monthly rates- $1400 to $1600 when available

$300 security/damage deposit due within 7 days of booking reservation. Rent is due in full 10 days prior to arrival date. There is a $100 normal cleaning fee. Deposit returned after keys are returned and property has been inspected for inventory and damages. Check in: 3:00pm / Check out: 10:00am Cancellation Policy: 30 days notice prior to arrival date in order to refund deposit in the event of cancellation. Exceptions made in the event of a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane.
