Florida Forgotten Coast rentals

This 3,400 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4 bath Gulf front luxury home was just recently completed in September of 2006 and is new to the rental market. It is located South of Tallahassee, Florida at Alligator Point, Florida on the Gulf of Mexico, just 40 minutes from the Tallahassee Airport. This home was built using the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction technique, surpassing the strong requirements of the new Florida Building Code. The house is strong and wind resistant, but it is also quiet inside and maintains it’s internal temperature during the year. This new, comfortable and spacious beachfront home is only available during the summer months.

The house features granite countertops, tile throughout the bathrooms including floors and showers, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors in the main downstairs living area and wall to wall carpet throughout the second level, beginning at the stairs. Four of the five bedrooms have water views. There are two decks facing the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor deck is screened in and can easily seat 12 people and offers a panoramic view of the coast. This screened in porch is just yards from the water allowing anyone on the porch eye contact with family members on the beach.

The second floor balcony is open air with a railing and is situated directly off both master bedrooms. The first level has a large family-sized kitchen opening to a large family room and formal dining area, (all in one room facing the beach). This floor also includes a full private bath, a guest bedroom and a large laundry room. The Second Level has two master bedrooms, with king size beds and private baths, face the beach. The two upstairs guest bedrooms have queen size beds and share a bath with a bathtub\ shower. If you enjoy beautiful, white clean sand on a quiet beach, easy access to a marina and hopefully good fishing, you will not be disappointed. Hope you enjoy our house as much as we have. RATES & INFO

$2,900 per week. Only available June through August

Rates include all fees except 9% Florida Lodging Tax, and $500 damage deposit which includes a non-refundable cleaning fee. The damage deposit is refundable within 30 days, if no damage has occurred during the stay. Rental week Saturday 4:00 pm. to Saturday 10:00 am. A $500 deposit is required at confirmation, balance of the rental fee, due 30 days prior to arrival.
