Enjoy your java or juice from the large screened porch overlooking the sun-kissed Gulf of Mexico where you will find our nicely decorated 4 bedroom beach retreat where every effort has been made to make this the ultimate place to come and unwind, collect your thoughts or some seashells alone the way.

For the seafood lover in you, cast your line right off the beach and perhaps hook your "catch of the day"; or, you might choose to stuff your catch with the plentiful blue crab all at your backdoor. Got a land lover in the crowd? Then kick back, relax and enjoy the big screen TV in the roomy living room area with awesome views of the beach. If you love crowds, traffic, noise tourist attractions then Alligator Point is not for you but if you're into seclusion, serenity and a special quiet time to connect with your inner self or each other, this is it. Located so close but seemingly so far, in aproximately 15 minutes you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bait tackle etc in a small town just east called Panacea where you can enjoy fresh local seafood markets or waterfront dining. If the urge should hit for big city attractions, we're only an hour from Tallahassee, our state's capital. $200.00 refundable security deposit. Rental rate includes normal housekeeping after departure.Rates subject to 9% Fl tax. Deposits promptly refunded within 7 days after inspection.45 days notice required for cancellation (hurricanes are the exception to the above). Deposit required within 7 days of reservation (check or money order) full rental rate required within 7 days prior to arrival. Check in is at 3:00pm check out is 11:00 am.We supply all linens and towels.
