Stay right on the beach! Mainsail is a private gated beach front community that is located on 15 acres. It is ideally located at the end of Scenic Gulf Drive very near the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. It is very convenient to many restaurants and amusements for the kids. It has a large pool area and also two lighted tennis courts. Best of all, there are no streets to cross to get to the beautiful white sand beach, which is just footsteps away! Our 2 bedroom condo is located in building two - unit 267. There are four buildings at Mainsail. Buildings one and two are the closest to the beach with the "Best Views".

Our beautiful condo is our "home away from home". For those times we can't be there we enjoy renting it to families who agree to treat it as they would their own home. This condo has recently been totally renovated and has granite kitchen counter tops, large tiles in the entry and kitchen and beautiful yellow painted walls. As far as decor and furnishings, it is rated a PLATINUM rental condo. The condo has 1208 sq ft. with two bedrooms and two baths. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top, and twin trundle). There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Mainsail pool area has a hot tub, kiddie pool and three gas grills for grilling that fabulous fresh fish or just a burger or chicken. The condo is situated so that you can sit on the balcony and have a perfect view of the pool area or the beach. So, sit back and relax with your morning cup of coffee while listening to the pounding surf and viewing the Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf.
