Stay right on the beach! No worries here - no streets to cross. Mainsail is a private gated beachfront community that is located on 15 acres. It is ideally located at the end of Scenic Gulf Drive very near the Silver Sands Shopping Outlet. Many dining options and activities for all family members are nearby. You cannot ask for a better location. We are near so much, but once you are on the Mainsail property you are away from it all. You can then find your place to relax or stay active - at the pool, beach or playing a game of tennis. The pristine white sand beaches are just steps away.

We are also located only 20 minutes from the Seaside/Watercolor area and 45 minutes from Panama City Beach. This very well maintained and updated condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The living area is a large open floor plan which includes the kitchen and dining areas. The balcony is a great place to read, have that morning cup of coffee or just sit and listen to the pounding surf. Our beautiful condo is our "home away from home". For those times we can't be there we enjoy renting it to families who agree to treat it as they would their own home. This condo has recently been totally renovated and has granite kitchen counter tops, large tiles in the entry and kitchen and beautiful yellow painted walls. As far as decor and furnishings, it is rated a PLATINUM rental condo.

The condo has 1208 sq ft. with two bedrooms and two baths. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top, and twin trundle). There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Mainsail pool area has a hot tub, kiddie pool and three gas grills for grilling that fabulous fresh fish or just a burger or chicken. The condo is situated so that you can sit on the balcony and have a perfect view of the pool area or the beach. So, sit back and relax with your morning cup of coffee while listening to the pounding surf and viewing the Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf.
