It is conveniently located about 7 miles west of beautiful Pier Park which offers many shopping sites, restaurants, and a theater as well as other attractions. This two-story unit is located on the Penthouse level affording spectacular views from two private balconies.

The downstairs has a large kitchen, a half bath with full-size washer/dryer, dining room and living room with TV, VCR, and DVD, and a queen sofa sleeper. The balcony, which overlooks a view of the Gulf and Lake Powell bay/inlet, provides views of spectacular sunsets. Upstairs has a master bedroom with queen bed, TV, full bath, and closets. The balcony off the bedroom overlooks the private beach and Gulf providing views of beautiful sunrises. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and closets. A second full bath is conveniently located off the hallway.

The wide windows provide the same view as the living room balcony. Both bedrooms have phones and alarm radios. This fully appointed luxury condo is easily accessible to numerous area attractions, many fine restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. A refundable deposit of $200 will be required within seven days after reservation is confirmed and refundable if cancelled 30 days in advance of arrival. All rentals are subject to Florida Sales Tax (11%) and a cleaning fee. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of key being returned provided there has been no loss, damage, or non-qualifying cancellations. Final payment in its entirety is due 14 days before arrival including tax, cleaning, and rental fee. Due to condo association rules, cannot rent to anyone under 25. Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards are now accepted.
