...has easy beach access and is just steps from the gorgeous sand and water of the Gulf. You do not have to cross any roads to get to the beach. The balcony and patio overlook the pool and duck pond. This brand new (2007) 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome offers almost 2400 square feet of luxury vacation space! We want our guests to feel pampered and special so we've put a lot of thought into making this a great beach house. Buttery yellow walls are incredibly welcoming and soothing and "bright, airy and comfortable" could describe the feeling. This is a place of laughter, good memories and relaxation.

Unwind in upscale furnishings, with 10' ceilings throughout the Living area, a Kitchen with granite countertops and all the upgrades.   Every amenity has been thought of to make your stay complete.   Throw your cares to the wind and relax and enjoy! Our new beds feature top quality mattresses and  pillows to ensure the perfect restful vacation.   Three of the four bedrooms have attached full baths.  The main level includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, the spacious and open Living and Dining room, kitchen and bar area, walk-in pantry and the laundry room.   The upper level includes 2 bedrooms which share a large hall bath (attached to the 2nd Master bedroom but also accessible via the hallway) plus the Master bedroom with an opulent Master bath and huge walk-in closet.

Downstairs there are 2 twins.   Upstairs there are 2 king bedrooms plus another bedroom with 2 twin trundle beds which sleep 4.   If you have small children, the trundle beds are a safe sleeping option.   A family who recently stayed here said their three year old was delighted with her "secret bed" (because it tucks away back underneath the regular twin) and Mom and Dad didn't worry about her falling out of bed.   Everyone was happy!  A four car garage ensures plenty of parking and storage space.   The unit sleeps 10.

We are located 3 to 4 minutes from the beach center where you will find everything from shopping to sports fishing, sailing, pier fishing, wind surfing and more.   There are also delightful restaurants with the freshest seafood or anything else you would like should you tire of cooking out on our wonderful grill.   There are also Golf Courses as well as the Pensacola Naval Aviation Museum, art galleries, shopping galore and much other entertainment nearby.   Enjoy!
