The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a full size and twin bed and each have their own bathrooms. There are three reserved parking spaces (one of which is covered) and there's even a spot for your boat or jet ski! Enjoy 400 feet of private, sandy beach with a volleyball net on Santa Rosa Sound. The beach is perfect for small children, and less than a minute's walk from the unit. The Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street... about 60 seconds away. Use the swimming pool with chaise lounge chairs, bathroom facilities, picnic table and an outdoor shower.

The condo is a corner unit featuring two private balconies. Dine outside on the deck and enjoy the view! An electric grill is available for your use. There's also an assortment of board games, cards, and dominos for the kids and adults. Wireless Internet is included!! Recently renovated and decorated in a coastal living style...there's a television and DVD player in the living room, along with TVs in each bedroom. There's a full size washer/dryer, quality mattresses and designer bedding, and an outdoor shower. Our ideal West Pensacola Beach location is a five minute walk to the famous Peg Leg Pete's Oyster Bar and the Tom Thumb convenience store. All of the island restaurants and entertainment amenities are only 5 minutes away by car. There's a free trolley ride available to the central entertainment district beginning Memorial weekend.
