Our "Sandtastic Sunsets" oasis with Gulf/Sound views is located on Pensacola Beach, Florida. This is the ultimate family vacation paradise! This relaxing and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach home features a large family room that opens onto a deck where you can have leisurely breakfast and enjoy Gulf views. There is also a full Kitchen that opens to a rear deck with views of Santa Rosa Sound and great summer sunsets. Our home is on a large corner lot adjacent to a walking path/easement to the Gulf and Sound. There's a large room at ground level with a ping-pong table and plenty of room for storing bicycles, fishing rods and beach equipment. Check out the view from our front porch of the Gulf and beautiful sugar white sand beach! It's an easy one block stroll down the path to the beach!

Catch the trolley to our great restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Activities and attractions include charter boat deep sea fishing, jet ski rentals, sailing, parasailing, bicycle riding on Gulf Islands National Seashores paved trails, shell collecting, National Aviation museum, antique shopping, golf, cinemas, Gulf Breeze zoo, kayaking, and Funny car rentals. Just come, relax and enjoy our world famous white sandy beaches!

CALL FOR DAILY RATES

11 ½ % sales tax will be added to all rental rates. Check-in time is 3:00 PM; absolute Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be required to hold date and will be refunded promptly after check-out and inspection of home. Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund of deposit. The balance for the week is completely separate from the security deposit. The balance is due no later than three weeks prior to arrival.
