SPECTACULAR is one word that describes everything about this house. There is a huge family room and very well equipped kitchen where you can entertain your group of 12. You have views of the Gulf of Mexico or Santa Rosa Sound from every window. The home has 2 Master bedrooms with private baths, plus 2 more bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. There is a community pool and a pier that extends 180 ft into the sound to fish and/or watch evening sunsets. The home has a Home Theater with movies and we also provide chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers and a wagon for the beach AND plenty of sand toys. All you need to pack is a camera and your clothes!

Call for Holiday Rates

A $500.00 security deposit is required at the time that a reservation is made to hold dates chosen. This can be paid in cash, traveler's check, bank money order or cashier's check. Deposit will be fully refunded within 15 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or theft, and that all rental policies have been observed. An 11.5% Sales tax will be added to all rates.
