We completely renovated this unit in 2003 as our retirement get-away. Upgrades include Granite counters in the kitchen, new appliances, all the goodies for our "easy liv'n." Beachwood is an eight-acre complex in the heart of Seagrove. This NO Smoking, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, is perfect for a family of four. There are two pools in the family-oriented community or a two-minute walk to the beach. The tennis courts and main pool area are directly adjacent to this second floor unit and easily monitored from the porch. This condominium is in Seagrove Beach located on scenic Highway 30-A about one and-one-half miles from SeaSide.

Shopping and eateries are only minutes away by foot or bike. Panama City Beach is 20 minutes to the East while Destin is about 25 minutes to the West. If you are wondering why this area is called "Emerald Coast" it is because of the unique clear-to-turquoise waters and the sugar-white sand of the beaches. Our unit has two TVs with VCRs and a CD/DVD player in the living room. Books, games, and some VCR tapes are provided for your downtime. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets. This unit is equipped with all linens, supply of necessities, and all you need to bring is the family, food, and a desire for a great vacation.
