The unit sleeps 4-6 in 2 large upstairs bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the spacious living area. The kitchen has all new (2004) wood cabinets, granite countertops and tile floors. The back patio has a grill & dining area. The large fenced-in side yard is perfect for children at play.
