DEPOSITS: There is a $500.00 Performance/Damage deposit on weekly rentals. Monthly rentals require a 25% Performance / Damage deposit. This initial payment serves as your deposit and is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is payable by either Visa or MasterCard. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final payment, however the card number will still be held to compensate the landlord for any excessive cleaning charges or damages. PERFORMANCE/DAMAGE DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION RESERVATION FEE: Each reservation requires a $30.00 non-refundable reservation fee. TAX: Rentals of less than six months are subject to Florida State Sales Tax of 6.5% and Manatee County Resort Tax of 4%.
