This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath designer decorated ground floor apartment attached to a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home. It is a few yards from the beach (actually, just ONE HOUSE AWAY) and there are beach views from every room. Park your car next to the apartment and walk right in. The covered veranda offers a great breeze, view and sounds of the gulf. Eat outside on this veranda if you wish. There is also a bench and large shaded area under a huge shade tree right on the beach allowing you to get out of the sun at any time and still be on the beach. Night or day, there is always a breeze and the sound of waves heard from the cottage.

Visit St Armands Circle, try wonderful restuarants, see the arts, gift shops, outlet shopping, these are only a few of the many outings available, just a short ride from your cottage. Sarasota and Tampa are 20-30 minutes away. For the sportsman there is golfing, tennis, guide fishing, surf fishing, boat riding, bike riding, surfing, kayaking, jetskiing, snorkeling, diving and parasailing. Or just walk the beautiful beaches hunting for a variety of shells or even dolphin watching. Professional baseball is minutes away with the Pittsburg Pirates in Bradenton and Devil Rays in St. Petersburg. Also the Yankees training camp is in Tampa. Orlando boasts Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Three very fine airports are in Sarasota, Tampa, & Orlando. Our guests come from all over the world and many from Florida. Most repeat with us year after year. I think you will see why!
