You don't want to be closer to the beach than this! Enjoy gulf views and breezes all day long from any of the 3 verandas, screened and also open. The home is great for entertaining or just relaxing. This designer-decorated home is very spacious and fun to live in. The Master bedroom is upstairs and 2 other bedrooms are downstairs. Privacy is enjoyed by all.

Nearby is St. Armand Circle, where you can dine in wonderful restaurants, enjoy the arts, gift shops, and outlet shopping. These are only a few of the many outings available, just a short ride from your vacation home. Sarasota and Tampa are 20-40 minutes away. For the sportsman there is golfing, fishing, boating, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, and much more. Or, just walk the beautiful beaches hunting for a variety of shells. Professional baseball is minutes away with the Pittsburg Pirates and Devil Rays. The Yankees do winter training in Tampa. Nearby, Orlando boasts Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Sea World and Universal Studios. Three of the top airports in the country are Sarasota, Tampa, and Orlando.
