This spacious 2 bedroom, 2nd floor unit with screened lanai entry is a great place for breakfast in the sunshine! The condo overlooks the 17th Fairway at a popular private golf club and has an eat-in, fully equipped kitchen, guest room with twin beds and hall bath. The Dining area opens to the Living room w/cathedral ceiling and sliders lead to the screened in lanai with tinted sliding doors overlooking the 17th fairway and beautiful sunsets. The Master bedroom has a bay window overlooking the fairway, large closets, private bath and a private door to lanai. The unit is very pleasant and airy with a lovely view of the fairway and palm trees.

There is a one car garage plus additional parking spaces. The complex has a pool and tennis court as well as 8 tennis courts, exercize room, yoga studio, jacuzzi and Olympic size pool next to clubhouse. There is a fabulous golf course, a great restaurant and pro shops. This is a friendly place and is located just 5 minutes from shopping, retaurants and movies. It's just 10 minutes to the beach.
