The condo overlooks the canal leading directly onto the Intracoastal Waterway, and a 27 ft boat slip is also included in the rental, so bring your boat on vacation. A short walk will take you to the south end of the renowned Siesta beach and to the south there is Turtle beach. Restaurants are within walking distance, and to the east along Stickney Point Road are other restaurants as well as many world renowned restaurants along the US 41.

a The condo is approx 400 yards from the main US 41 and approx 5 miles from I-75 exit 207. Sarasota is world renowned for its arts and theater being the home of the famous John & Mabel Ringling museum of art set in a beautiful 66 acres right on Sarasota Bay along with the Van Wezel Performing Arts Theatre and Sarasota Opera.

The award winning Oscar Shearer State Park, Myakka State Park, Selby Gardens are close to hand. Deep sea fishing and sailing are available at Marina Jack in downtown Sarasota. Mote Marine Institute is situated on City Island, a 5 minute drive from the fabulous St. Armand’s Circle where shopping is a must for the serious shopper. Jet ski hire, parasailing and kayak hires are all available. No checks accepted if the booking date is less than 14 days prior to occupation, cash / certfied checks only accepted. REFUND POLICY No cancellation charge 90 days prior to occupation. 60 to 90 days -- 50% refunded, 30 to 60 days -- 25% refunded. Less than 30 days -no refund.
