St Petersburg waterfront rental

This very comfortable, 2 bedroom Florida style vacation condo is on the top floor of 4 storey upscale building looking out over Boca Ceiga Bay. There is an elevator plus exterior stairs. The pool & jacuzzi are both very close. There are Roller blinds on the balcony plus a brand new (2006)fridge/freezer/ice maker. This is our second home so many extras are present. Our car, a 2002 Buick Regal LS-fully loaded, in mint condition, is available at extra cost. We are close to St Pete Beach (5 min drive), Fort De Soto Park and it's 30 minutes to Busch Gardens, 90 minutes to Disney etc. There is shopping galore from outlets to upscale shops. It's 5 minutes to Publix, Albertsons and a liquor store.

This is a very friendly community of mostly retired northerners who are very welcoming if you are interested in pool side BBQ's etc. English is the common language spoken. Numerous golf courses are close by. This is a superior location with numerous amenities, views and comfort. We are looking for some nice folks to share our winter retirement home.
