The unit has wood floors throughout, Corian countertops, all new appliances, white shutter style cabinetry, fireplace, and a 42" PLASMA TV. Docks for your boat can be made upon request and a Jet ski floating dock is available.

Close by you will find Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium, MOSI, Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Channel side, and Ybor all within 30 minutes. On the island, you will find: snorkeling, John's Pass, Parasailing, boat and Jet Ski rentals, casino cruises, dinner cruises, dolphin cruises, sunset cruises, fishing guides, and lots of unique restaurants.
