Let our vacation home become yours! This beautiful, private, all-new (2007) 2400 sq. foot Carriage home is located in the gated community of Marbella at Spanish Wells. This is a 3 bedroom, 2nd floor end unit that sits on the 3rd tee with views of lush tropical landscaping. It is furnished with all new, elegant Florida plantation style decor. The layout is bright and inviting with tile floors throughout and carpeted bedrooms. Relax on the leather couch in the main living area and enjoy your favorite show or movie on the 46" flat screen TV. There is a full-size dining room with seating for six that can also double as a comfortable workspace or office.

Our kitchen has everything you will need for preparing a gourmet meal or casual snack; it is fully equipped with solid surface cooking range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, raised breakfast bar with stools, and dinette/breakfast area. At the end of a long day of golfing and beach combing, sink into the luxurious king bed and watch the news on the flat screen in the Master bedroom, which also overlooks the fairway. The Master bath features double sinks, oversized walk-in shower with waterfall shower head, and oversized soaking tub.

The Second and Third bedrooms located in the front of the unit, adjacent to the other full bath, contain a queen and two twin beds. All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. Enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails with plenty of sunshine on the screened-in lanai. See egrets, herons and wake up to the serenade of song birds and the faint ping of golf balls.

This is a quiet community that is located within 3 miles (5 min.) of the beaches (Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach Park). Take a dip in one of 3 community pools, one of which is located just steps away. Take a casual walk around the palm lined streets and impeccably manicured grounds. We are an easy 15 min. drive to Ft. Myers (RSW) airport. The surrounding cities of Naples and Ft. Myers are a short 20 min. drive. Groceries and shopping less than a mile.

Bonita Springs is situated northwest of Miami, between Fort Myers and Naples near the Gulf of Mexico. It is often referred to as "The Gateway to the Gulf", and from Wiggins Pass on the south end to Lovers Key in the northeast, the beaches at Bonita Springs are unsurpassed in natural beauty. Bonita Springs is a community that enjoys outdoor living, so you’ll want to take plenty of time to explore the area.

Drive west on Bonita Beach Road until you see the water and you’ll begin to pass many small beach access areas. Lovers Key State Recreation Area has brilliant white sand and many of southwest Florida’s famous "water-walking" mangrove trees. Swimming, boating, fishing, shelling excursions, golf, and biking are all available in Bonita Springs. There are also many exciting special attractions in the area, including the Everglades and Wonder Gardens. Bonita Springs is a dynamic coastal community that offers upscale shopping and boutiques, beautiful hotels, inns and beach resorts that cater to families, or offer quiet seclusion.
