Cape Coral canal front 3 bedroom home

Our beautiful 3 bedroom canal front home is a great place to enjoy the gulf breezes as you lounge in the hammock or swim in the heated pool. Listen to the sounds of the gently blowing palm fronds as you drift off to sleep. Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac between Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour. This area features direct gulf access with no bridges or locks. Many of the larger boats in the area dock here. You can see them cruising by as you sit on the dock. It is a short ride to Sanibel/Captiva Island or Fort Myers Beach. The house features a heated pool and spa, pool bath, mature landscaping and dock and has a southern exposure which means more sun on the lanai in the winter.

Enjoy the spectacular sunrise or sunset from there. Our three bedroom home includes a den with high speed internet access and fax machine. The living room has a large screen TV and all bedrooms have a TV with cable. It is a split bedroom plan which ensures everyone has some privacy. Two of the bedrooms overlook the pool and water. The master bath has a glass block, walk-in shower. The kitchen has new appliances with everything you would need to cook up a feast.

If that is not in your plan we have a list of great nearby restaurants. We also have the list of take-out, including our favorite local pizza joint. There is great fishing from our dock. (We even have books in the den to identify what you catch!) The fishing pier at the Cape Coral Yacht Club is another good place to fish. There are fishing piers on Sanibel Island and Fort Myers beach too. We have poles for your use in the garage. We also have beach chairs, a cooler and two bicycles for your use. Cape Coral is flat so it's a great place to ride bikes. If you have a mini-van you can take the bikes to Sanibel Island or ride them right on the hard packed sand up and down Fort Myers Beach. We offer written directions to popular attractions and shopping. We have an excellent local property manager who will answer any question you have whether it be how to operate the pool and spa to where is the closest mall? We pride ourselves on a home that is clean and in good repair.
