Englewood Beach is located on Manasota Key, a sub-tropical barrier island. This beautiful tri-plex is right on the water with your own private beach. It's a large house that is divided into two apartments with a Studio apartment in the rear. Apartment 1 is an extra large 2 bedroom 2 bath with a king bed in the Master bedroom with TV., closets and it's own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large walk-in closet. The living room is huge that looks out onto the beach and water, with a large lanai that has 12 large windows that overlook the gulf waters for dinner perfect sunsets. The Kitchen has all modern appliances. All the apartments come completely furnished and have ceiling fans with central A.C. and heating.

Apartment 2 is a 1 bedroom with 1 shower bath, with a small lanai that has 6 large windows that look onto the gulf and a door that opens right onto the beach. There is a futon that folds out in the lanai. The adjacent kitchen looks out onto the beach and water. The Studio apartment #3 is located behind the house and is large and sunny with lots of space with twin beds and couch. There is a shower bathroom, and easy access to the beach and the water is just 50 feet away.

All apartments come completely furnished and are clean and modern. Englewood Beach: Being on the west coast we have the most spectacular sunsets and the safest and cleanest waters around. Our part of the beach is more private than any other part of Englewood beach, and with a short walk down to the state park where you can hunt for shells and shark's teeth to your hearts content or fish the lively waters. Or just watch the parade of Dolphins that swim by on a daily basis. We are located exactly 1 mile south of the public beach and restaurants, stores and bars. With any and all rentals from jet skis, power boats to fishing and sightseeing excursion. Our Tri-plex is well kept, well lit and very clean. This is our 2nd home and we are proud of it, we feel we offer more space for the money than any other and I know you will have some of your best vacation memories here in beautiful Englewood Beach.
