This beautiful pool home, in a private gated community, is minutes from Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, our home comfortably sleeps six. The screened lanai, with a heated pool and spa, has a southern exposure so it is always in the sun. The lanai is also equipped with a flat screen TV, stereo speakers, and a Ducane gas grill. The spacious great room features 12 foot ceilings, a TV/DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player. The sliding patio door fully retracts making the lanai part of the Great room.

The kitchen and bedrooms are fully furnished with everything that you will need for your stay. There is garage parking for one vehicle, and several sets of golf club are available for your use - sorry a good swing is not guaranteed. The Coco Bay community is located in southwest Fort Myers, about 30 minutes from the Fort Myers airport. We are five minutes from the bridge to Sanibel/Captiva Island, where you will find great shopping and dining and other attractions. And, it is less then ten minutes from your door to the sand at Fort Myers Beach.

Weekly and monthly rental available. $700.00 refundable security deposit plus $200.00 security deposit for dogs. Cleaning fee of $150.00 (does not include cleaning of gas grill) plus $100.00 for dogs. No children under 7 years of age. 25% of rental rate due at booking with remainder due 45 days before visit.
