Renter must pay 11% tourist developmental tax if staying less than 6 months. Nonrefundable cleaning fee of $150 (staying one month) or $200 (staying two or more months) is required. No pets allowed. Utilties included in rental fee. 25% of total rental amount and fees is required as deposit at the time of booking. $250 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 45 days to start of rental. Full deposit is lost for cancellations less than or equal to 45 days to rental start date. No smoking. No pets allowed.
