A security deposit of $350 is required. Aside from normal wear and tear, the person(s) in whose name the property is reserved will be held responsible for any damages to the property, common property, or its contents during their residency. A $150 exit cleaning fee will also be collected. Tenants are expected to wash dishes, collect and take out trash, and not leave a mess. Excessive cleaning, damages and missing items will result in additional charges. One pet may be approved by owner. $150 per month pet fee will be charged plus additional $350 security deposit. Charges are subject to 11% Florida tax.
