Relax on the screened in lanai or fish from the dock. Boat rentals nearby can get you out into the Gulf, or take your own boat to the pristine Sanibel beaches for some sun and shells. The home is fully air conditioned and has everything you will need to relax and enjoy the great Florida weather. We are within 20 miles of Southwest Regional Airport.

Walk out of the house through the lanai into your boat and float or fish the Caloosahatchee River. Head downstream and find yourself in the beautiful bay waters where the Gulf is just minutes away. There are many beaches, golf courses, parks, fine food, nightclubs and shopping stores/malls. Take a shuttle cat and be in the Keys in 3 1/2 hours. There are many short excursions that can enable you to see what Southwest Florida is all about. Just minutes away is historic downtown Fort Myers which features outstanding restaurants, outdoor cafes, and ethnic bistros.

Afternoons are great for exploring nature preserves. Also, Fort Myers is the winter training home to the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins. Historic sites to visit include Thomas Edison and Henry Ford's winter homes, museums as well as charming Old Florida architecture. Go para-sailing, jet skiing, golfing at one of the over 20 local courses, or enjoy deep sea fishing. Cruise on a gambling ship or take the Key West excursion.

There is the 11% compulsory Florida Rental Fee, and a $100 cleaning fee. Your refundable $1000 security deposit check will be held until departure. The security deposit is due at time of booking, with the balance due two months prior to arrival. Deposits for cancellations made two months in advance will be returned. Pet deposit is an additional $200.
