This 4 bedroom home is a boater's dream located on a direct access canal in Marco Island. You are minutes away from the Marco River which leads directly to the Gulf. The property has a boat dock and fish cleaning table. Bring your own boat or rent from nearby marinas. Marco has several public beaches which are a short drive by car. The screened in heated pool has a propane grill and plenty of outdoor patio furniture. The house is on a quiet residential street and is very private.

There are numerous bikes available for use in the garage, even several kids bikes and a tag-a-long. There are some beach chairs and beach toys available and also some young children's' toys. This house is great for two families with two bedrooms on each side of the house. There is a large dining table in the Florida room and bar seating in the kitchen. We have a 42 inch TV in the living room with DVD. All bedrooms have TV's and cable is included. We have a phone in the house for local calling only. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Often times dolphins and manatee can be seen right out front in the canal. Explore the ten thousand islands, take an airboat ride in the Everglades, or relax on the beach.
