Our lovely "FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT" 2 bedroom condo is a true "get-a-way" in sunny Naples, Florida. This gated community is centered within minutes of the pristine beaches of both Naples and Marco Island, “Falling Waters” is an ideal location for warm winter fun in a beautiful area and a fantastic lifestyle! A waterfall, warm gulf breezes and friendly people greet you when you enter “Falling Waters.” Relaxation is the name of the game here. The 600’ heated “Lazy River Pool” is wonderful for all ages. Lounging poolside is like being in the islands. A flowing water volcano can be viewed from our living room/bedroom and large screened lanai.

After booking, we will provide you with info on everything you need to know about Naples and Marco Island. Our safe second floor unit is in a convenient location with its own private garage. It backs up to a nice lake and a center island of lush, tropical landscaping. It is almost too beautiful for words. It has two bedrooms and two baths. The Master bedroom is 15x13 with queen size bed and sliding glass doors to the 11’x28’screened-in lanai that overlooks the beautifully landscaped island and lake. It also overlooks a flowing “volcano” which is lighted in the evening for a really special effect. The Guest Bedroom is 12x11 and offers two twin beds. There are TV's in both bedrooms.

The fully furnished 29 x 13 living room with entertainment center also has sliding glass doors to the lanai. The large 22 x 9 kitchen with breakfast nook and plenty of cabinets make food preparation easy. It also has a microwave & wall oven, cook top, refrigerator, coffee maker, can opener, wine opener, phone, blender, cable TV, VCR, CD & radio, bed linens, towels and a laundry room with full washer & dryer. It truly has all the comforts of home.

There are lovely white sand beaches on Marco Island and Naples. The Naples Pier offers fishing as well as a beautiful place to enjoy sunsets. Boat rentals/charters/jet skis/cruises are all available. See the playful dolphins and gentle manatees and enjoy wonderful nature trips to the Everglades. Public golf courses are nearby. There are great restaurants for those who love to dine out and we are close to the outlet malls for those who love to shop! The furnished Clubhouse in Falling Waters has daily activities as well as tennis courts, two pools, biking and walking paths. Who could ask for more. Get away from the ice and snow.
