Our beautiful 3 bedroom lake view home is situated in the elegant Briarwood resort on the stunning Gulf Coast of Florida, famous for its white sandy beaches, world class shopping and extensive selection of restaurants. Naples is also a golfers paradise with some of the most beautiful courses to be found anywhere in the world. Briarwood is a private gated community situated only 8 minutes from the fabulous beaches and 5 minutes from the shops and dining to be found on Fifth Avenue South. Briarwood has tennis courts, volleyball, community pool, clubhouse and driving range. Our deluxe villa is fully air-conditioned and has been furnished to the highest standards.

Our home is equipped with every modern convenience designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can enjoy the view of the pool and the gorgeous lake from virtually every room in the villa. The accommodation comprises a master suite with queen sized bed, 2 walk in closets, TV and en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area. This room has stunning views of the lake. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has twin beds, both rooms have their own TV. There is a family bathroom, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area and a lounge area with large screen TV, DVD player and a selection of books and games.

The lounge has triple sliding glass doors out to the pool and has wonderful views of the lake. The private, south-east facing 13 x 28 ft pool is solar heated and benefits from all day sunshine, offering you the perfect place to sit and unwind. The covered lanai/patio area offers some welcome shade and is a perfect place for outdoor dining. A gas BBQ is provided for eating al-fresco while enjoying the breathtaking lake views. Our home, pool and gardens are professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

Low Season (May, Sep & Oct) £550 / $900 per week

Mid Season (Jun, Jul & Aug) £650 / $990 per week

High season (Nov to Apr) £865 / $1400 per week

Prices listed are the total for the villa for the week not per person.

Prices include all utility bills, air conditioning and local phone calls.

Florida state taxes are an extra 10%. Full clean fee is £75/$125. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with full balance due 30 days before departure. A refundable security deposit of £300/$500 is required with the full balance, this will be returned after a satisfactory inspection by our Management company.
