Our brand new electric heated pool with spa and oversized pool deck allow for plenty of sun and shade. This home is very well equipped with televisions/DVD's in each bedroom and TV/DVD in the living area. High Speed Wireless Internet is also present. The gated community has clubhouse and tennis courts. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are close by. Old Naples and the beaches just a short drive away.

Reservations can be made by email, fax or telephone and are subject to availability. Minimum period of stay is for one week. If you plan to stay for one month or longer please inquire about a special monthly rate. Departure cleaning fee is included in the price. Security Deposit. An authorization of a VISA or MasterCard for $500.00 will be taken as security and /or additional charges incurred. Electric Pool Heat $155.00 per week Golf Clubs $15.80 per day or $47.40 per week (please specify mens or ladies, L/R handed) Maid service $20.00 per hour (minimum of 2.5 hours)
