A large dining area and spacious kitchen contains pots, pans, flatware, and crockery — all the utensils necessary for enjoying private dining.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms at Blue Water Place. Naples is the Gulf coast’s best kept secret. It's a town where white sand beaches, palm trees, golf courses, and shopping centers all come together to create a tropical paradise. The home is located in the Briarwood gated community, which is less than 5 miles from the beach. It has a driving range on its doorstep as well as featuring basketball, volleyball and tennis courts located adjacent to a children’s playground.

A unique feature of this home is the poolside Cabana. This area is a separate oasis from the main house. It contains a bedroom with a private sitting area and bathroom. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms at Blue Water Court.
